Combat Style: Digital Technomancer Background: Intellectual Gender: Digital
ECH-3-LN (Echelon) is an automated guidance system which operates the lab in which Phalanx awakens after the great disaster. Phalanx allows him to install an instance of himself into her suit, from which it can fork-off copies of itself into more suitable combat armor whenever possible.
